What is the total delivery time for my order?

All orders are processed in 2 business days. For large parcels, processing time may extend up to 4 days. Orders are not processed during holidays or weekends.

The estimated delivery time of your order differs from  country to country but on average is 2 days for Cyprus and 7-10 working days for the rest of EU.  

Which locations do you deliver to?

We ship all orders to Cyprus and Greece and soon to the rest of EU.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Delivery to EU addresses aren’t subject to customs or import charges, but each territory works differently.
